We’re just crazy about balloons!
There are a number of basic arrangements that can be varied widely to give different effects, especially where the wide spectrum of Qualatex colours are used. For simplicity the basic shapes and designs are set out on this page to give you an introduction to the “language” and the prices. The prices shown are for the basic products and may be increased if, for example, printed balloons or more expensive weights are used. You can, though, use these prices as a good guide to the cost of what you are thinking about.

Right The classic 3 balloon table bouquet.
This can be made from balloons of the same colour or in three different colours just as you wish, all inflated to 11” diameter. Three plain balloons on a plain box weight, in a variety of colours costs £5.50. Using 3 printed printed balloons it would cost £6.25.
Right A stacked bouquet of 5 balloons.
As above there are many variations of this grouping. The two pairs of balloons settle naturally at right angles to each other and the top one nestles comfortably between the top pair. Often our customers like to use a “double bubble” (see below) at the top of this arrangement. With plain balloons on a plain box weight this arrangement costs £7.95. With a “Double Bubble” top it costs £10.35.
“Stacked” arrangements such as these can be made with 3 balloons in each tier which gives the bouquet more body and can contain 10 or more balloons.

Left. A “Double Bubble”,
One balloon inflated inside a larger one, is often used in bouquets, particularly the larger ones. The inner balloon can be any colour to suit your colour scheme and the outer balloon, which is 16” diameter, can be either plain clear or printed with stars or hearts and roses or some other design to suit the occasion. They generally add £2.40 to the cost of a bouquet.

Left. A “Cloud Nine”
Often used in groups of 3 or 5 as a backdrop behind top tables at wedding receptions, where they would be draped with organza or tulle, they are a graceful addition to the decor of your venue. The are also used to draw the eye away from very high ceilings in large rooms or halls. The one illustrated, with a “Double Bubble” top would cost £16.65. Draping groups of them would cost a little more.

These arrangements are useful as “door-

Right A Garland Arch.
This is a really spectacular feature for the bigger event and can be made up in up to 4 colours. Patterns vary from spirals to chevrons and diamonds depending how the balloons are arranged. They are charged at £5.50 per foot, so a 25 foot arch would cost £137.50.
Very popular behind top tables or over discos they cost £2.25 per foot. A 25 foot arch would cost £56.25.
